Prof. Dr. Eng. Fantina Rangelova is a long-term lecturer in the Department of the Construction Management and Economics in the Faculty of Structural Engineering of UACEG. Initiator and co-founder of the Bulgarian Association of Construction Project Management (BAUPS).

Biography

Founder, leader and lecturer in the master’s program “Construction Project Management ” of the Faculty of Structural Engineering at the UACEG.

Founder and organizer of scientific and applied Conferences with International participation in “Construction Project Management” and in “Rehabilitation and Strengthening of Buildings and Facilities”.

Dean of the Faculty of Structural Engineering of the UACEG from 2016 to 2020. Head of the Department of “Construction Management and Economics” from 2013 to 2020. Head of the Center of Excellence at UACEG “Heritage BG”.

Member of PMI Bulgaria, CEID, CIAB, Co-founder and Member of the Board of the Bulgarian Society of Construction Law (BSCL), Member of the Board of the Bulgarian Project Management Association, Member of TC – 106 “Project Management” at BIS; Member of TC – 94 “Preservation of Cultural Heritage” at BIS; Member of STU of Construction in Bulgaria.

Main fields of scientific and applied activity: organization and management of construction, project management in construction, digital transformation of construction, rehabilitation and strengthening of buildings and facilities using modern methods and technologies, preservation of cultural heritage, construction law, etc.
